Our games
Every one of our 31 games is designed and built by Jalou Studio and runs from our own servers. There are reel games on themed shelves (Classic, Mythic, Ancient, Adventure, Mystery, Glam and Festive) and instant games: Plinko, Keno and Diamond Scratch.
- Play without an account. Open any game page and press start. Guest play is free and unlimited.
- Free coins only. Coins have no cash value and can't be bought, withdrawn or exchanged. There are no prizes.
- Any device. Games run in modern browsers on phones, tablets and computers. Use the full-screen button for the best view.
- Game not loading? Refresh the page, check your connection, and try another browser. If it still won't start, tell us the game, your device and your browser.
Account and sign-in
- Sign up with email: choose a username, enter your email and a password of at least 8 characters with a letter and a number.
- Sign up with Google: press the Google button, then choose a username and confirm your age. Google confirms your email to us; we never see your Google password.
- Coins and levels: new accounts start with 50,000 free coins. Collect 10,000 more every 24 hours from My account, and earn XP each time you open a game.
- Forgotten password: send us a message with the contact form from the email on your account and we'll help you reset it.
- Locked out: after 5 wrong passwords, sign-in pauses for 15 minutes to protect your account.
- Signing out: use Sign out on your account page, especially on shared devices.
Your details are safe
Our forms and account system run on our server. Nothing about your account is kept in your browser, and nothing is ever shown publicly.
- Server-side forms. Sign-up, sign-in, Google sign-in, daily bonus, contact and player care forms are sent to our server over HTTPS and checked there.
- Protected files. Each account is stored in its own locked file in a private server folder that can't be opened from the internet.
- Hashed passwords. Passwords are hashed with a one-way algorithm before saving, so they can't be read, even by us.
- Secure sign-in. Your session cookie can't be read by page scripts and is renewed every time you sign in.
- Private records. A short record of each form submission (never your password) is kept in a private log to help us answer questions and stop misuse.
- No payment details. We never ask for card or bank details because there is nothing to buy.

Common questions
Is Jalou Studio gambling?
No. It's a free social casino. You can't pay in, cash out or win prizes. Coins are for fun only.
Why do I have to confirm I'm 18?
Our games are casino-style, so we only allow adults aged 18 and over in the UK.
Do my coins carry over between devices?
Yes, when you're signed in. Your balance and level are saved on our server, not on your device.
Can I change my username or email?
Usernames are fixed once chosen. To change your email, write to us from the email on your account.
How do I delete my account?
Go to My account, tick the confirmation box under Delete account and press Delete my account. It's removed from our server straight away.
